Woodside Homes is offering home buyers free gas for one year. This promotion has been extended to the end of August and we have to give the Woodside sales associate the flyer that was e-mailed to our office.
Age Restricted Homes Available at Solera at Stallion Mountain Ranch
There are some quick close opportunities (from now until September) available with incentives. For example: There are two very popular Palomino floorplans available priced at $228,390 and $233,165. These quick close homes include washer/dryer/refrigerator, window coverings and front and back landscaping. Plus your closing costs (up to $6,000 are paid by the builder).
