There are some quick close opportunities (from now until September) available with incentives. For example: There are two very popular Palomino floorplans available priced at $228,390 and $233,165. These quick close homes include washer/dryer/refrigerator, window coverings and front and back landscaping. Plus your closing costs (up to $6,000 are paid by the builder). New Lower Pricing
Okay, this really isn't new but, I haven't mentioned it here yet. Rhodes Homes has lowered their pricing in several communities in Rhodes Ranch and in Tuscany. Pricing on new homes now starts in the mid 200's. Plus, for a limited time, there is special low pricing (starting in the high 100's) in their newest community, The Greens in Rhodes Ranch.
