Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Rules Amended

Effective June 1, 2010, there have a few changes to the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Rules. Briefly:

*Extending the time frame to conduct and conclude the mediation from 90 to 135 days;
*allowing the parties and the mediator to agree to a continuance;
*and if the homeowner is accompanied and/or represented by another person, that person must be either a Nevada-licensed attorney or a licensee under NRS 645F.310For more information click here.
