I've featured quite a few Las Vegas guard gated condos in this Las Vegas real estate blog.  I thought it was time to combine them in one post so you could easily find them.  This is not the entire list, but I plan to eventually set up a separate page on my Las Vegas homes web site for these types of condos.  Meanwhile, I encourage you to check out my Las Vegas condos page.  It is full of information and pictures of various condos in town (gated, guard gated, and non-gated).



Manhattan Condos - located just off the South Las Vegas Strip.  Great complex with a community pool, spa, exercise rooms, fantastic green space in middle of community, gargoyles on roof tops, and much more.

Sedona on the Boulevard - located South  Las Vegas Strip.  Community pool, spa, raquetball, fitness area.  Nice open complex.

Park Avenue - located just of South Las Vegas Strip (near Manhattan). Community pool, spa, and clubhouse.

Bella Vita - located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. An older more established complex with various community pools, spa, and fitness areas through out the community.  

Village Green at Las Vegas Country Club - Nice open and green complex located within the Las Vegas Country Club.  Fitness area and several community pools/spas are available for residents.

Park Avenue located South Strip (89123 Zip Code) is a guard gated complex, with a two community swimming pools, spa, two level fitness area, clubhouse, and tennis courts.   Underground parking and garages (for some units) are available.  Buildings were built in approximately 2004 and have interior walkways with elevators. The monthly homeowners association dues are currently just under $300 per month.

Tuscany is located in Henderson Nevada. It is a guard gated, golf course community. Resale and new homes are available. Golf course frontage lots are also available.
