Chateau Nouveau, a Las Vegas condo complex, is located in the SW part of town near 215 and Flamingo. It is a gorgeous complex with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos available. All condos in this complex have great floorplans which make them look larger than their square footage. The second floor condos also have nice high ceilings. Private entries and one or two car garages are also available with some units.Pricing starts in the 90's for a one bedroom * mid 100's for a two or three bedroom.
Complex has green spaces; barbecue areas; resort style community pool and spa; fitness room; and is gated. It is a nice open complex with plenty of guest parking available.
