Today, I am looking at the southern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.  Specifically, the zip codes I am focusing on are 89183,89141,89123 and 89139.  I am only looking at single family residential homes (not condos or townhomes).   Here is your snapshot for March 28, 2012.

• None are in 55 plus communities (there are no 55 plus in these zip codes).
